Stephen Doyle

With over 35 years of global experience in safety, security, and training, Stephen offers operationally proven expertise built upon a distinguished military career and ongoing consultancy across high-risk environments worldwide.

From 1990 to 2013, Stephen served in the Irish Defence Forces, where he held senior instructional roles including Armed Forces Instructor and Military Unarmed Combat Instructor. His specialised expertise covers sniper-led operations and Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC), developed during multinational deployments in the Middle East and Kosovo.

During his military career, Stephen completed eight operational tours, providing critical support to high-stakes missions. A career highlight was his service with the Presidential Escort of Ireland (1990–2000), where he performed ceremonial duties and close protection for visiting heads of state and dignitaries. He also contributed as an instructor at the Military College’s Cadet School and the United Nations Training School Ireland, preparing military personnel in security, safety, and defence tactics.

After leaving the Defence Forces, Stephen transitioned to consultancy, working with government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and private clients to design and deliver tailored safety and security solutions. His approach is proactive, client-focused, and built on rigorous risk assessments and real-world operational expertise.
